ACE Math is a Digital SAT Math study platform run by an independent teacher for their own students. This page explains what information we keep, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your phone / WhatsApp number (used to sign in and to contact you about your account) and password (passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), and your name.
- Study profile: grade, school (optional), SAT test date, target score, and a previous score with its date (optional).
- Learning activity: your answers, scores, test attempts, time spent per question, flagged questions, personal notes, your mistakes list, lessons completed, and any question issues you report.
- On your device: the site saves your progress and settings in your browser's local storage so it works offline and loads quickly.
How we use it
- To run your account and approve it for your class.
- To save and sync your progress, grade your answers and show your results and score trends.
- So your teacher can follow your progress and support you.
We do not sell your information, show advertising, or use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see it
You can see your own data. Your teacher (the site administrator) can see your profile and learning activity. Access is enforced by the database itself, not only by the screens you see.
Services we rely on
- Supabase: account sign-in and the database that stores your data.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Desmos: provides the built-in graphing calculator, loaded from desmos.com.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: deliver fonts and code libraries.
- YouTube or Vimeo: only when a lesson video is hosted there.
These services receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads them.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning history while your account is active. When your teacher resets your practice answers, a copy is kept briefly so it can be restored if the reset was a mistake. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian can make these requests for you.
